Ok, Guys here we go,
So for the past few days No I guess weeks,
I have been constantly using my phone watching stuff and all meaning just keeping on my phone almost all day and I keep using it till 1-2 at night until I fall asleep automatically, which has caused me a lot of problems
which are if I list some (Cons)
1. Was unable to get a good sleep at night which affect me the next day.
2. Is damaging my eyes due to overuse of the phone
3. I feel bad about the last so I did the same today
4. waste of time
Pro
- Will get better sleep better life
- Will avoid harming myself (health)
- NO waste time
- No strain on my body and eyes
So, I have come up with an idea I will write a set of rules that i will keep reminding myself of and try my all to follow them
and the first thing which I wrote was NO phone or anything bright or device before 30 min and after the bed.
